Can't get material on time. Waiting for a month now and still don't have all of it

Unfortunately I won’t be able to use this product and will be reaching out for a refund. My product is wasted all on the side of the box. I am very disappointed especially for the amount I paid and time I had to wait.

In the past I have received my order in less than a week after purchase. This time it has been over three weeks and it still has not been received. My credit card shouldn’t have been debited until shipped but it was the day I ordered. For someone using this for crafts to sell this is unacceptable without any type of warning or notice that it would take this long! Still not here....

It's sad when you order something that shows "in stock" to find weeks later when you call to check on the product that is in NOT actually in stock and that they really have no idea when it will be in. They had no problem taking my money when I ordered but didn't bother to provide the info I needed. This is hidden in their website where a REGULAR customer like myself would not think it necessary to look. Love the product but am not a fan of the company and their policies.

Not sure what is worse... The product or the customer service....🤔
