This is only half of my house after a hurricane flooded me out. Never again will I rip out expensive hardwood floors if I ever flood again. This video does not fully capture the beauty and uniqueness of each floor. The support team has always been there for every question and walked me through every step. I've got three more rooms to do and I can't wait to see how they turn out!

Decent product. Customer service sucks. I ordered just before July 4, no order was delayed and I noticed the 25% sale. They would not take 25% off the existing order, or provide a credit for future orders. And the attitude when asked was really condescending. . like asking for something I could have easily cancelled the order and reordered under sale conditions was entirely unreasonable. That really soured my mood for the company although I enjoyed the product very much and have reordered in spite of their attitude.
