CTE offers great products and excellent customer service and support! Now, having said that, I have to share, I am disappointed about the following: they changed the sizes of their epoxy and pigments available for purchase. For example, the smallest amount of metal pigments one can buy now is 25g instead of 10g. Individual users will end up paying a lot more money and ending up with a lot of left over product / waste. It feels like CTE chose to mainly cater towards contractors leaving the general public left behind.

The product itself deserves 5 starts, so I do feel bad taking one off. But this is due to how much a despise having to deal with FedEx deliveries, and truly wish every company would give us an option to choose a different carrier for every delivery. We have a very long driveway, and, although I have put in notes and all I could to ask FedEx to bring packages to the porch, they ALWAYS dump it at the end of my driveway (which again is very very very long), rain or shine. This is not the product company’s fault, of course, but again, I wish we were given an option to a different carrier. My packages ($500 worth) were dumped at the end of my driveway in the rain, upside down, so we did have some leakage as the box was torn. Great, amazing product. Bad delivery.

My order took more than a month to arrive. My two gallons of epoxy arrived separately from my metallic powder and pigments.

It’s been 2 weeks and my order still has not shipped
