Customer service phone call
I would like to file a formal complaint about the customer service representative I spoke with on the phone regarding my delivery issue.
The representative was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the call. He appeared completely clueless about the delivery issue I was trying to explain and did not make any effort to understand or assist. Instead of helping resolve the problem, his tone was disrespectful and unhelpful.
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. When customers call for support, we expect to speak with someone who is knowledgeable, professional, and willing to assist — not someone who behaves rudely and provides no solutions.
I request that this matter be investigated and addressed seriously, and I expect a proper response regarding this complaint.
