Customer service phone call

I would like to file a formal complaint about the customer service representative I spoke with on the phone regarding my delivery issue. The representative was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the call. He appeared completely clueless about the delivery issue I was trying to explain and did not make any effort to understand or assist. Instead of helping resolve the problem, his tone was disrespectful and unhelpful. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. When customers call for support, we expect to speak with someone who is knowledgeable, professional, and willing to assist — not someone who behaves rudely and provides no solutions. I request that this matter be investigated and addressed seriously, and I expect a proper response regarding this complaint.

BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE! Purchased product that once home and unboxed, contents of 1 of the 3 boxes was severely damaged. Contacted Cassa Vida immediately and received a straight up refusal to even acknowledge the issue, wiping their hands of it. Awaiting Consumer Affairs feedback before proceeding further.

Waited weeks for

Waited weeks for my table. Only got it once I called to question… was at the warehouse but nothing was being done about it. I then emailed and got no response. My table is already damaged

What happened to good old fashioned service?

In the end the delivery service left a very bad taste. We texted to find a suitable time for both parties and this took weeks to find a convenient time for the seller. When the delivery driver was on-site he refused to let my husband borrow his trolley to do the stairs of our apartment. So not only do they bluntly let you know that delivery will not do any stairs, they then allow a poor man to carry 90kgs on his own. Not impressed after paying top dollar.

Incredibly Disappointed

Incredibly disappointed with this purchase. The delivery was delayed without any communication and the boxes arrived damaged. After opening the order post-renovation, we found the desk drawers were broken and a large dent was present. I contacted customer service immediately and sent images explaining the damage and our situation. After a 3 day wait we’ve been told there is a 5-day return policy which leaves us with no option for refund or replacement. Very poor communication and no accountability — not what you’d expect when purchasing a $1500 item. I do not recommend purchasing from this online store.
