Extensive delayed (2 months after pre order estimated arrival date) and then faulty product.

Lovely Halifax Hutch, do not order this unit online, after paying $860 extra for shipping it arrived in 2 pieces, it is a very solid piece of furniture & the hutch can not be lifted by two men. It should be lifted onto the base in the warehouse by forklift & attached with the supplied gear. I will now have to employ a 4 man team to lift it for me . also the TV unit finally arrived today by "courier " who does not deliver furniture & said he should leave it outside however a friend of mine helped him bring it inside , this has damage on the top front corner.

Please do not waste your time or money purchasing from this company. We purchased these draws and as soon as they arrived they were horrible the paint was no finished the draws are ruff and the paint is toxic it burned our hands handling the draws. Scott Lockwood “area manager” did not care and doesnt know what customer service is! These draws are hazardous. You will see a white powder substance all over our carpet from the unboxing. Scott will not provide a replacement or refund! Complaint has been lodged with fair trade please be careful when considering purchasing from them.

Hopefully when it arrives I would like it. Cannot wait for delivery of the table
