Cookware is great, customer service could use help
I received a set with pots and pans from Amazon. One of the handles was broken. I reached out to Carote instead of shipping the whole set back to Amazon. At first, it seemed great. I was corresponding with Jack, who sent me a new handle. The handle I received was too small. I reached back out at least two times with no response. I gave up and ordered a new handle from the Carote website for $10 including shipping. The handle that arrived was even smaller. I reached out again with no reply. I finally decided to use the first handle I received even though it’s too small. I now wish I had just exchanged the whole set on Amazon. Besides the too-small handle, I love the cookware. Nothing sticks!! I would recommend the cookware, but can’t recommend the customer service department.
