Cookware is great, customer service could use help

I received a set with pots and pans from Amazon. One of the handles was broken. I reached out to Carote instead of shipping the whole set back to Amazon. At first, it seemed great. I was corresponding with Jack, who sent me a new handle. The handle I received was too small. I reached back out at least two times with no response. I gave up and ordered a new handle from the Carote website for $10 including shipping. The handle that arrived was even smaller. I reached out again with no reply. I finally decided to use the first handle I received even though it’s too small. I now wish I had just exchanged the whole set on Amazon. Besides the too-small handle, I love the cookware. Nothing sticks!! I would recommend the cookware, but can’t recommend the customer service department.

Handle broken

I purchased this for my daughter’s birthday. When she opened it the handle was broken. Emailed, and have received no response. Previously, I have ordered two other fry pans and absolutely love them. I don’t know what happened with this shipment, but a reply would be greatly appreciated.

Wrong Item Received

Hello, I truly cannot provide an accurate review as my order is still pending. I placed an order for the ice cream set but received Terra instead. I returned the Terra and now the ice cream is not in stock, which is worrying since this was intended to be a Christmas gift. Jack from Carote has been in touch and extremely helpful but without the actual product in hand, I am still in a bad situation. As for now, I am in suspense of whether I will receive the items in time.
