My pain stained within just a couple uses. I emailed customer service and they told me to follow care directions (which I had) and then stopped replying to me. The pans are beautiful, but the experience has left me a little Sour.

I was so excited upon receiving my purchase. I have been using for about two weeks now and the rubber lining around the lids are starting to mis shape which is making it so it does not sit on the pan correctly.

I did not get my original order for the 11 piece set and it is a Christmas present so I really do not know anything else

I received the wrong replacement handle and never got a response to replace it!
