The shipping was fine

In general I will purchase again. This last purchase took forever and the color description was inaccurate so now I have the chore of taking them back to a UPS store. Usually its not such a big deal to return items anywhere but when you work full time and have extra chores to do because of something you spent money on and expect what you ordered is a big pain. Sorry.

Quality of the product ordered was not as expected.

Out of an over $600.00 order (4 items), a small pillow is the only item I was pleased with.
