Bad quality . Item not same as pictured!

I regret making my purchase from Caron’s Beach House. I order a set of 6 bowls for a friends birthday. Never received shipping confirmation. After 2 weeks I called the store. They found out they had shipped 6 sets of bowls and I was told to intercept the package. I live 2000 miles away. My friend had to ship her gift back and I had to reorder. Her gift was late for her birthday. We received no apology or given any compensation for our inconvenience. The store staff said they are a small store and really not equipped to ship nationwide.

Still waiting for my order.

One print arrived broken. Notified customer service over a week ago. They responded promptly. Yesterday, I sent another inquiry about when the print would be replaced. Have not yet received a reply.

When you call her employees lack the proper knowledge to help you right off the bat . I received the wrong item & she's charging me to ship it back. She is not a kind person, just wants your money. Being a returning customer means NOTHING TO HER$$$$$$ Not A good business, not customer friendly at all.
