Website says that they have same day shipping if ordered by 2pm. So I placed an order before 2pm and paid for expedited shipping to get the bit before the weekend. The order did not ship that day or the next. So I paid a bunch for shipping. Oh well, lesson learned. I am sure there is a good explanation..... The bit did arrive eventually and performed very well.

Item was back ordered without my knowledge and I was relying on that item to finish a project.

You showed a different color item than what arrived. Plus I did not even get my total order.

First off I will say the quality of the products is good. I am satisfied with the product. The products I ordered were all listed to ship the same day of ordered by 3:00 pm. After ordering them at 8am it took nearly two full business days before they were shipped. I fully understand that sometimes uncontrollable circumstances can cause delays, but when every product description states “ships the same day if ordered by 3:00 pm” I expect better.
