Shipping Dept issues, but overall not terrible
I purchased an item listed as in-stock and ready to ship, but even after several business days, the order status never changed to "shipped". I reached out to their customer service and was told that the item did ship a day or two after the order was placed, and that there was an error in the order system that didn't update my order status automatically. After the call, the order status was updated to "shipped" and a tracking number was added. I waited a couple more days until the order was out for delivery and realized that it was in the wrong state. I again contacted customer service and this time I advised them that my order was being delivered to an address in another state. They were able to provide the carrier with my correct address, and it was successfully delivered to me a couple days later. How their order entry system became so messed up that my confirmed address wasn't used and instead an address in another state was entered on the label is beyond me. The customer service rep responded both times at around 24 hrs (1 business day). Not a terrible experience, but looks like their shipping dept has some serious bugs to work out. If I hadn't caught their errors, they would have been out the price of the item I purchased, and I would have had to wait another 5-7 days for the replacement to be sent.
