Ordered FC42 pipe covers, received FC5 bead strip. Emailed a few times no response. A week later the correct item arrived without any apology.

The product arrived on time but at least a 1/3rd of each bucket had congealed on arrival despite sending an email and photographs there's been no response at all.

It has to arrive to be reviewed dont you think?

First time ordering from here. Spoke to a customer advisor via chat to confirm stock of the item we wanted and was pleased with the customer service. However, when the product arrived, it was not the underlay we wanted - they sent us a different type of underlay from the same brand. The reason why it had to be the exact underlay that we ordered was because the room we were putting it on already had that same underlay going on and there is a big difference in quality. Unfortunately, we had no time to purchase more as the fitters were booked already and we had to use the ones we were sent. We now have two different underlays on the same floor which we didn't want. We contacted the company via email however we still haven't received any replies or even an acknowledgement to say that they are looking into the matter. This experience is very disappointing.
