Sent wrong items and never replied when i contacted them to let them know.

It wasn't clear that these were not laminate. They are sticky paper / card which can only cost pence to produce. I was charged £36.55 for 12. Postage was ordinary letter post which is between 66-85p. I was charged £8.50. I haven't had any response to my complaint. Don't buy.
