The process was quite smooth, except the app (which I couldn't do the anything meaningful through) this was generally one of the most straightforward ways to rent a room.

Ryan was super helpful with answering all of my questions prior to signing the lease and the online customer service has a decent response time as well. Ryan was able to fix my technical issues via email in less than 5 minutes.

This is my second time renting with Bungalow. I love the options that have and how easy the process was.

The new furniture is really nice. I enjoy having a larger, more comfortable rug and a longer couch is really nice. However, the white table is much to small for all in the house to use

Overall, we love the style and look of the new furniture. However, we do wish the new living room chairs provided were as comfortable & functional as the previous ones.
