Bungalow

The new furniture that we did receive looks great and most of it is very functional. I especially like the new lounge style couch. However, we were told that all of our major asking points would be addressed personally by Alex Rodriguez. It doesn't seem that Alex was fully updated or something because our dining table problem was not solved. Our dining room chairs are sunken in and our new roommates instantly noticed that they couldn't sit at our dining room table without sticking a pillow on top of the chair. Additionally we were told that we'd be provided adequate seating for the seven of us to watch a movie togehter. There is enough room for more seating. An additional loveseat would be great. Currently when we have the occasional guests over they judge our house as a fraternity house might look. But we'd like to have more of a young professional vibe. So three stars for not getting what we were promised. We hope to see the final elements of this project completed and look forward to seeing it! Please escalate this ticket to Alex!

The new furniture is very nice and is a definite upgrade for our living room. The couch is much comfier and the little details such as wall hangings, book, and plant are quite nice. However, the movers did not remove all of the old furniture leaving an end table, a coffee table, and a large rug for us to dispose of. I reached out to Bungalow to see what I should do with this and received no reply. Both the removing of the old furniture and moving in of new furniture was fairly disturbing to my day. I was trying to quickly make lunch before a meeting when the movers arrived. It required a lot of interaction on my part for them to do their job. Their masks were also not covering their noses and they did not maintain a distance while in my space. Then they left the aforementioned old furniture strewn throughout our kitchen making it impossible to reach the the stove or refrigerator without finding a spot to put the excess furniture. I also wish Bungalow would have replaced the kitchen stools, which are falling apart and are almost impossible to sit on without feeling like I'm going to fall to the floor. Overall, I thought the process could have been more seamless, but the results were nice.

Nice to have new furniture, but it is mismatched and the color palette (grey/white/black) leaves me uninspired.

The living feels like a showroom and that it is made for little people. The couches are low, the cabinet is low, very strange. I wish the couch backs went higher because the short backs make it hard to sit up and relax bc it’s stiff and formal and too short. I like the rug and coffee table, as well as the art work added to the walls. I am glad the couches are longer but they aren’t very comfortable.

Hello, the new furniture is good but overall the changes were done poorly. The old coffee table, rug, and lamp are still in our living room. Are supposed to dispose of them? Is someone coming to pick them up? Also, we had a TV console that did not get replaced so our TV is now sitting on the floor (I'm working with someone to get this fixed). We also have less furniture now than we did before - there are not enough places for all of us to sit if we wanted to have a house get together.
