If you are starting an account, or looking to sign a new lease, the service team is truly remarkable. Nearly instant response times and responsive agents. The lease creation/review process is a bit cumbersome, but again their timely service makes this process relatively seamless.

I found a place here very easily without any trouble

I’ve only just signed the lease and am looking forward to my move in. The five stars are for the consistent human interaction and answers for every one of my questions. Excellent response times and very friendly customer support.

Except trying to figure out how much I will owe at move-in. I have called customer services 3 times and the hold time was long and I was eventually disconnected each time. I am chalking that up to pandemic staffing and not really anyone's fault. It is what it is. Everything else was Very VERY easy.

I've never experienced a more effortless search process. I really appreciated the easy and fast application process. The all included model and move-in ready feature is a major bonus, no hassle of setting up PGE, Wifi, etc.
