Customer service was not great. It appears they forgot to send this. Disappointing because it was a gift. After several contacts from me to find out where it was, the gift FINALLY got sent about 12 days late.

I didn’t like this scent at all and would have returned it if I didn’t have to pay to do it. There is nothing woodsy or fresh smelling in this scent. Smells more like old aftershave. I purchased Catskills before and liked it a lot. I doubt I’ll risk ordering anything else in the future.

I was super excited to try Palo Santo and Santorini. Both scents are lovely when you open the box. Really truly gorgeous sophisticated scents. However when burning they offered literally no scent. Both were burned for several hours at a time in smaller spaces with no scent. I was super disappointed, especially since they were not cheap. I wouldn’t purchase again unfortunately. I’d like to try the scent diffusers, but I won’t risk spending money on another product that doesn’t have throw. I get that it’s a cleaner wax and that apparently means less scent, but at $40 I’d rather just buy a plain candle that is a fraction of the price.

The scent is lovely, but it is not strong enough to scent the room.

There’s no throw on these candles. They look cute but they aren’t worth it. Don’t waste your money
