I filed a claim a few days ago and have had no response. I sent photos of the candle that was damaged upon arrival. Would appreciate a response to see if you are re-mailing the candle. Order number 134589

I bought three Montana Forest candles for the holiday and burned them all at the same time in the same room because I wanted the room to be filled with the pine scent. Even burning three candles at the same time for many hours at a time over the course of five days, I still couldn’t smell anything. I know it’s not my sense of smell because I’ve been burning Otherland Fallen Fir candles in my office and there is tons of throw! I don’t know if all Brooklyn Candle Studio have the issue of little to no throw, but I won’t risk wasting my money by buying from them again.

The candles burn well and evenly but honestly don’t smell like anything. Even after burning for hours you can only smell a faint hint of the scent

I bought The “Brooklyn” and loved the smell immediately before lighting, but was super disappointed in how weak the candle smells when lit. I was Really hoping the scent would have been stronger while burning. Not sure If it’s just my candle or all are very faint but not what I expected :/

I bought two of your candles to try, but neither one left a fragrance while burning. Very disappointed ☹️!
