We ordered two neon pieces.

We ordered two neon pieces. 1 arrived later then we anticipated. One letters were not shaped and secured properly. Our client needed this for his performance. We were disappointed with the 2nd neon. The first neon arrived on time and looked great. I tried to I get intouch with Customer Service abt this. No luck so far.

Flimsy. Not for a high end commercial application. Letters came loose during install. Good for a teens room or college dorm.

Nice product, horrible customer service.

First package from the company was lost by Fedex, which was unfortunately not the company’s fault. However, the entire experience with customer service was an absolute nightmare when dealing with this issue. Their call line claims you are on hold waiting for a representative but after making you wait for several minutes just directs you to leave a voicemail, every single time you call. Several calls and emails went unanswered before finally getting a response. I expressed frustrations related to shipping fiasco, especially after paying nearly $50 for shipping, and requested a refund on that at minimum, which they would not because a replacement sign was being shipped out. Any company shipping out products this expensive clearly have insurance and will be reimbursed for the lost product. Once the replacement finally arrived, I attempted to contact the company again to inform them FedEx left the product with no ring of the doorbell or signature, which further validated the dissatisfaction with shipping but, to no surprise, still no response. The sign is nice but nothing but a headache to try and get.

Missing parts

I was promised an 8 foot cord was part of the package. I did not get one.
