Sent without the plug. Terrible customer service.

the first one that was delivered was made very sloppy. I took a pic and sent it in and the customer service person agreed and offered another chance to make it right. The 2nd one that arrived was also poorly made, the glue on the letters was very visible and 1 was coming off of the plexiglass. I don’t have time to wait for another one, so it’s really unfortunate how much it costs vs what you actually get.

I have been trying to get into contact with someone for over 3 weeks now. They said they would call me and I have heard nothing sense. My sign was MASSIVELY bigger than the description, and we can't even use it. I'm literally begging to speak to someone.

It was poorly made.
