We absolutely love our custom sign inspired by our pup we love so much! It brings a smile to our face when we pass by and it provides a good amount of light in the room as well! Tamara was amazing to work with through the creative/mock up process and was so incredibly patient with me as I asked questions and for different variations.

Love the font. Love the color. Love all of the features for the sign. Super cool. However, my sign arrived with one letter lifting from the plastic mount. When I told customer service their response was "I just asked the production manager what to do in this case and they let me know that you can use any regular super glue to glue this part of the sign down. Again we apologize!" I must say, cs responded quickly and apologized, more than once. I just felt like more could have been done. To fix a brand new sign when it arrives felt a little, I don't know, just ugh. I don't expect a refund at all. I love my sign, now that I fixed it.
