Everything I ordered came timely and in good condition. The online plans for my oven were easy to follow and understand. I have to say that doing this project by myself takes a little bit longer than 3 weekends, like the new plans say but other than that...

If you are going to build a pizza oven, I HIGHLY recommend you go with this company for the inside form. They give you all of the directions and they have a great forum you can post to with people that help you out when you get stuck/have a question. It takes tenacity to get it done, but it is not rocket science and the directions they give are all you need. We are a husband and wife team that got this done and so it does not take a village...just one or two people.

Rating would have been perfect except for the failure of customer service to follow through.

So far so good, we just received all the components and will start construction soon. Lets see how that goes.

Honestly, I’m astonished with the sort of ‘manana’ mentality with your company. On the one hand, good for you! If you can make a living with slow service and no reasonable way to contact you, that’s a shot against modern stressors. Not saying that’s wrong, but it IS out of touch in an Amazon era. Got a good product, albeit at a premium price, slowly.
