Hello - trying another channel to get a response from you. You said you were going to process my refund on 8/24. Then you said you were going to send a refund check on 9/6 (see email "Update from BrickWood Ovens - REFUND CHECK $2953"). I have received nothing and would like this matter resolved. Bradley Compton
