BrickWood Ovens

Had to recess the firebrick deck just a little so that the firebrick for the arch lined up with the markings on the foam No big deal. I have some skills. Thsnks

free instructions were detailed and easy to follow. the form for the pizza oven arrived quickly and made the build easy even though we had no masonry experience. the exhaust also arrived quickly and fits like a glove. final pizza oven is unique and works great. have already successfully entertained with delicious pizzas.

This is the second Grande I have built. The construction was seamless because of the excellent instructions. The second oven was completed this summer at our new address. The only improvement I made was adding a second layer of the thermal blanket and it has made a significant improvement in heat retention.

Loved the plans. It was a lot of work but well worth it!!

Everything I ordered came timely and in good condition. The online plans for my oven were easy to follow and understand. I have to say that doing this project by myself takes a little bit longer than 3 weekends, like the new plans say but other than that...
