Cute container. Wipes not wet enough. Customer service person said they’d send me a few packs of a new batch of wipes that have more liquid, but it never happened. So now I have a pretty but useless container :/ Wish they’d worked out cause it’s a great idea.

Shipping took a while

Received the incorrect items, emailed multiple times about it and have yet to receive a response in 3 months. Canceled my subscription and will happily take my business to a company who cares about their customers and has the decency to respond when they screw up.

I am not satisfied with wipes or customer service. When they arrived, they were almost dried out. I emailed right away requesting a refund and never heard back from anyone. Not happy.

Not good!!
