Container broke, no longer twists open. Chatted with rep, conversation was dropped. Followed up on email, was told they were sending a new one. No further info, no shipping notification, no new container (it’s been 2 weeks since the email).

We don’t like the feel of them. We won’t be ordering again.

Came practically dry.

I really wanted to love these wiped but the honest truth is, they’re dry, they don’t tear well, and they really smelled of alcohol. Would be open to giving this another shot down the road. But right now these aren’t worth the investment

The wipes are small and have no scent. The shipment packaging is insane for a company pushing eco-friendliness. The dispenser is designed to only hold the size of their wipes so if you don’t want any more, your fancy dispenser goes in the trash.
