Difficult to keep wipes consistently feeding through- wipes often tear prematurely

I opted to start a subscription with my first order. I was supposed to receive a 3 pack wipe refill every two months however I received three refills in that time period. I emailed twice about this and never received a response. I cancelled my subscription online.

I love the idea of this product, how it looks, and how it smells. However The wipes don't come out of the container- I've tried setting it up 20 times, followed the directions exactly on how to pull, and I just can't get it to have a continuous feed of sheets. Maybe the feed hole is too small? It is essentially unusable

Despite an informational video and tips on using the dispenser, I found it difficult to use and have to cut the wipes with a scissors. Worse is that I’ve had no response from my several inquiries to the customer service email.

Wipes are not wet enough.
