Disappointed
Whilst the service in the shop was excellent, my greatest annoyance is around delivery! After making an appointment for delivery on a specific date and ensuring my availability to take delivery, I received a communication 2 days prior to tell me delivery had been delayed by 3 weeks! Since I had already disposed of my previous bed I was furious. A call to the service desk (where I have no negative feedback for) provided the information that the bed was actually ready but the headboard was not! Fortunately the service person was smart and offered to have the bed delivered but it would be one day later than the original delivery date. If I did not accept that date it could be weeks before another scheduled delivery date could be made. I was again really angry since I had to rush around making arrangements to have someone available to be in the house for delivery. This attitude around just changing delivery times was unnecessary and a primary reason why I will never recommend Beter Bed again.Whilst I am happy with the product I was disgusted by the delivery planning and this influences my review!
