Ordered on May 19 as of today June 21 never received it. Shipping is horrible

I love the concept but the propane burner came defective. The thermocouple safety feature is defective and the burner will only remain lit with the knob pushed in. Customer service took my name and address for a replacement but has not responded for well over a week. Hoping for a replacement burner soon as the oven is not Simulfuel without it.

Terrible would not replace the oven

False advertisement, stated it's woodfire and gas. Didn't come with the gas attachment. Their answer, box it up and send it to us to see. Then we might refund you.

Gas burner and oven was malfunctioning. Flames randomly shot out front of oven and burned hair from my arms, while trying to spin pizzas. Because of this pizzas stuck to stone, charring it black. Also pizzas burnt on top, but crust was raw. The entire experience was a nightmare. Sent it back.
