Poor customer service and poor quality. You can't get ahold of anyone to help you. If you do, they take forever. Waste of money.

I made a mistake and ordered the Natural gas adapter instead of the propane adapter and I have contacted customer service twice about a exchange and they never have contacted me back.

Shipping is slow My order was broken and I still haven’t received my refund or replacement.

No good. I am not happy with this product at all! It won’t heat up any hotter than high 600’s. I want a refund.
