Bertello sent me a shipping notification and tracking number, then cancelled the shipment. No further communication. I waited a week then reached out and was told their shipping department cancelled the shipment because it needed to be sent in 2 boxes. No notification of these shipments were ever sent. UPS claims that the boxes were incorrectly addressed but Bertello hadn't provided any contact info for me so UPS wasn't able to deliver. I understand that the boxes have been returned to Bertello. I never got the order and haven't received a refund. :(

I did not receive what I bought, I bought an gas/wood oven, it came in a box that said it was an gas/wood oven but was only a wood oven and I was unable to get anyone on the phone, as of yet no return call from customer service.

Amazon don't have replacement only for stone, We need to buy one and receive a credit that you can't use for buy the stone
