I'm having difficulty getting the pizza cooked completely on top without burning the bottom. I turn down the gas burner to low after heating up on high, add one or two sticks of wood and turn the pizza every 20 sec. Still burned. Also, I get a lot of black smoke from the dry oak "pizza wood" that I'm using.
