It was my first time using the unit so the pizza did not come out as expected. The middle was not cooked through while the edges were burned. We will get better and adjust the heat to medium and pre heat the oven longer before using.

I had high expectations but end result not so good. On burner alone the stone gets too hot even at low settion. With wood the temp ok but requires much chunks to maintain temp. I had Ooni Fyra and it's a better design for a better pizza - sorry - just my opinion

I had a hard time lighting up the oven, and it took about 1 hr to heat up to the proper temp for pizza

Can't get gas attachment

Have trouble starting the oven. The flame keeps going out. After several attempts it finally stays on. And then works flawlessly. I would recommend this product.
