Service good but product quality disappointing

Service in the shop and over the phone was good. However, we got delivered damaged goods and requested a replacement, which was promptly done but with another damaged piece. This occurred twice before we had to settle on a product that was not perfect as they could not provide an undamaged piece of furniture for us.

While the sales pitch and the deal was topnotch, not the best aftersales support. After Not being put in finance for 12 or 24months as I requested with my existing gem visa card. Once i realised this(3 days after delivery) they couldnt help me or wouldnt even offer any sort of compromise. Still love the our bed though!

Won’t be buying from this

Won’t be buying from this company again, part of our order was incorrect which we had to get sent back and had to wait for 3 weeks for the return, but this was paid for in full with no compensation offered

Worst customer service.

We been delivered with a brocken bed, which took 4 months for them to fix it after lot of arguments. And still they put faded panel on one side, it looks that its used one from someones garage. And staff at Aspley store have no manners of talking to u as they hangup phones on u.

When I first ordered the

When I first ordered the bed the wrong order was written down and the wrong bed delivered. No worries, it might have been a miscommunication over the phone, new bed arrived after about 6 weeks. New bed has no brackets for bed head. 9 weeks and many phone calls later it is still not fixed. I will tell people not to buy from BedsbDreams. A shame because the staff are nice and my son likes his bed.
