The bed looks amazing however I’m not happy with the quality. The top of the dresser was broken when we received it. Noticed it only a couple of days after it arrived. The quality of the wood is terrible for the exorbitant price we paid for it. We assumed Beds and Dreams would have quality products, but this is not the case.

Bought two beds. No after sales customer service wr were not called once by bedsndreams - we had to contact to chase up to pay, find out delivery and order. Delivery date was given and then when called to make final payment was told not scheduled. When it finally arrived one had a crack which would be problematic so contacted again and replacement being organised. Again waiting and will have to chase again. Very disappointed.
