Very happy with queen size bed and mattress and with the service and delivery

Very happy with the service in store, and also the delivery and assemble of the bed.

The gentleman providing assistance in the store was friendly and helpful. Processing of payment was lengthy. Service provided by delivery men was below average.

Delivery guys were not at all interested in getting the mattress upstairs. They were more focused in getting their $80 and racing to their next delivery. This was despite us being told that the delivery men would assist in getting the item upstairs.
