At first I was concerned because I didn't receive a tracking number. I waited a couple of days and decided to call. I did eventually reach someone and found out that my order was being delivered that same day. The tracking number was manually sent to me. I believe they handled my issue courteously and professionally. I would do business with them again. American made! Not imported junk!
