I ordered a twin black metal platform and a trundle to go underneath. Sadly one arrived damaged but the customer help line was great and a replacement was sent out to me just a few days later. The bed frames are good quality and assembly was easy but the packaging needs improving.

My frame arrived quickly and in good order. It converted my double bed into a queen that seems sturdy. However, it came with only one center support. There are 2 cross pieces. How do you support the second???? We ended up using old encyclopedias. Not at all ideal. Perhaps company will send a second center support??? As seen in picture the center support was to short for the height of the bed but that was easily fixed with some 2x4. The one we worry about is the 2nd that has no way to bind them together.

Ok experience. Right frame for an old bed. Frame hooks were slightly bent in a beat up box, and we had to work on them. No instruction for assembly, and frame metal thickness a bit on the thin side.

Too short

The product was poorly packaged and some of the hardware was missing. The end of one rail was bent due to the poor packaging.
