Terrible product quality and support

It’s terrible experience with the product as support one of the worst brands and the don’t even care about customer opinion and issue. Just keep on repeating same thing in their emails like robot. Their product is terrible and when I asked for return and refund they didn’t respond properly and keep on delaying. I am going to lodge a formal complaint with Office of Fair trading Queensland.

Absolute joke of a company.

Absolute joke of a company. Ordered something a month ago with plenty of time for it to arrive for my partners birthday in a couple of days and being an ‘Australian’ company thought it was plenty of time. The delivery date from the courier company says Monday the 13th of January for delivery. Umm it’s nearly 2 weeks later and no update. Been politely asking for a resolution to the issue as the parcel never got delivered and the company flat out just refuses to deal with it and puts it on the courier company and the courier company says they are working on a resolution and thank you for your patience. Well my patience has run out and I am now in tears over the fact that such an expensive and large item can get ‘lost’ and not arrive as intended. No help from this company at all so would not recommend and I will be leaving reviews in relation to this matter. I have a very upset partner and I too am very upset. I was polite and kind and they just don’t care.
