During ordering, the 10% discount wasn't applied, sent a text on the order to the effect requesting contact before shipment. Sent a follow-up email and still nothing. The ottoman was also supposed to be on a discount when ordered at the same time but has been out of stock for a month. Disappointed with the lack of service/communication
