DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

This site stinks. No communication when I have reached out to return one of three items. I have contacted them and keep getting the form reply letter that they will reply within one business day, with no other communication. I have checked junk mail daily and nothing. Its an expensive mistake if you order the wrong thing. The quality of what I am keeping is not the same as the original set that I am trying to add items to.Bogus. Very disappointed.

Arrived damaged- no response

Glasses arrived damaged and was told to submit photos to support. Did so 3 times without any response from this company. Will not order again

Article arrived 2 weeks late and poorly packaged

I bought a pair of chef knives, I paid DHL Express shipping however because the knives were packaged in a thin plastic envelope, the parcel was on hold 2 weeks.

Terrible company

They told me, only when I inquired, that my package was mistakenly sent to Germany instead of the US. I finally did reiceve the package but after the birthday it was bought for. I asked for a refund on my shipping and was told it wasn't their problem once it was given to the postal service it was out of their control. But I paid AZ for shipping. I didn't pay the postal service. They were rude in their responses about the issue and never even attempted to make it right. Their customer service is a ZERO! Not a company I will ever buy from again and would strongly discourage others from buying from as well.
