I never got this but I am being billed for it. Where is it?

I ordered over a month ago and I haven't received it, however you already charge it to my credit card. It is a little bit ridiculous . You should advise before we purchase any items that will take that long to deliver it ... not a happy customer!

I expect to like them when I receive them

I’ve never received them I keep getting emails saying they are not yet available. The latest email says I should receive them by the end of the month. We’ll see!

HORRIBLE. I ordered 6 champagne flutes and 1 was broken. I was surprised more weren't. The packaging was horrible and the box was destroyed when I received it. My sister in law also ordered from this company and received broken items with the same packaging issues. I will NEVER order from this company again.
