Shipping has taken far to long and no estimated time of delivery has been given

Item was not the size specified, the dimensions on the chair in the description are totally different to the item I received. I emailed Homary about how to return and it has still not been rectified 11 days later. Extremely disappointed!

I am a repeat customer who was previously stoked with the quality of my Homary TV cabinet, but this desk (SKU: 78017864222) has been a total shock. For the price, I expected the same "gatekeeper" quality, but this model feels completely immature and unfinished. The main issues I encountered: Damaged Packaging: The box was filled with small stones and grit (see photos). This debris was loose inside the wrap and scratched the walnut surface of the desk during transit. Manufacturing Defects: Several joins had no pre-drilled holes. I had to use my own drill to assemble a product that should have been ready to go. Poor Hardware: The screws provided are much lower quality than previous purchases; they are soft and very easy to over-screw/strip. Unusable Parts: One of the support legs under the drawer cannot be installed because the factory hole was drilled too large for the provided screw, leaving the drawer unit unstable. Zero Support: I logged a ticket for a price match guarantee on 25 Dec, and despite being a loyal customer with three major purchases in 3 months, I have received no reply at all. It’s a beautiful design, but the quality control and customer service on this specific model are not up to scratch. I’m very disappointed and would expect a much higher standard from Homary given my past experiences.

Furniture came completely flatpacked. No pilot holes for where the door hinges need to be so be prepared to align and measure yourself. Many scratches and marring on the finishes of the panels - about 70% of all the panels had some imperfection. You won't be able to pack it back and not want to pay the price for shipping back either, so be aware. It is a big gamble to buy from here. It wasn't cheap either.

Spent so kuch money on ky new table it could have been put together.
