My TV cabinet has panels that done for to each other and drill holes don’t align with any panels or shelves. I did make contact and send photos. I also hired a professional assembler and they also found the same disfunctionality.

Very long wait and product discharged the battery in one night. No customer service available in Australia. Not worth it at all.

The foyer table I bought was bent when delivered. They are not of good quality either! I have to get them repaired as they don’t even stand evenly when placed as the legs are bent. The bar stools on the other hand are quite flimsy and not sturdy enough. I wouldn’t buy anything else from Hobart! I spent more than $1600 which was a total waste of money for such low quality furniture.

I contacted the customer service chat as soon as I received the item and the bot said I will receive a response from someone in 2 days. It’s been over a month and no one has contacted me. I am pretty sure I am outside the return window.

The feet had to be replaced as the originals were damaged during shipping The replacements are the wrong size We still cannot use the table after months from purchase
