Service Department is hard to get a hold of and I don't always receive a return call. I have been waiting on a service call defective part for over a month with very little communication....responses via email always-just received a truck and will check to see if it is here- then radio silence until I ask again

Had spar 1 year haven't had light's on when i did worked twice then no lights cost me £50 call out then 2 hrs at 25 per hr to tell me lose wire bit much spar is nice service not so good wated 3 weeks also ordered products wated 6 weeks got on line 2 days because did not come

I needed my heater replaced which they did, but now I have an flc error code that won't go away

When I try to call the service department, they never answer their phone. I leave a message and they rarely return my call.
