I walked in and ordered my tub, was given a time frame for build and delivery which they missed by more than two months. I threatened to get my money back and a week later I had a tub in my back yard. That was just the beginning. I am very disappointed with their customer service and their service and repairs.
I have had a ton of issues with the lighting in my tub and keep having issues. The service guy came out and didn't have the parts he needed, said he would order them and schedule am appointment to replace them. Two months later, I'm still waiting for a call. Every time I've left messages to request service, they don't call back. I end up calling them a day or two later and getting ahold of a person that tells me they were just getting ready to call me that day.
The lights are leaking into the cavity behind them, so one tech smeared silicon all over one light cavity. It looks like a toddler tried to fix my light. This is not what I would expect from a company this big.
