The worker drove long distances to get here and was always cheerful. We did have to try several times with malfunctioning parts. Over all good servicemen

Love the spa. Hard to get in touch with a person when you have spa issues or with an order. When you finally get in touch with a person after many attempts of the customers, they are friendly and helpful.

I left a message and have not received a return call!! Over all the service has been good.

Went on vacation 1 week : return no spa boy nothing , message spa offline . tried video instruction numerous time nothing worked . Frustrated.
