Tile does not glow

I never received the sample of tile I ordered. How about refunding my money. Even if I wanted the tile you have shown yourself to be unreliable. Terrible service.

I ordered a box of tiles, it was delivered to somewhere in PA, which is not CA… where I live. They said they’d send me another box and I still don’t have them. Never got an update or anything. Now I’m stuck because I need that box to finish our pool. Anyone want to help me out here???????????
