Sample tile does not match the high gloss tile I have.

Wrong tile and can’t return

When I pay $20 to have two tiles sent to me in a design that has at least eight different patterns I would expect at least two different patters on the two tiles O was sent. But no. They sent me two of the same and picked the muted color so I could not tell if it was the same as what I have. Well shame on them because I ordered from the company who sent three tile samples of which all were different. And when I wrote the customer service it was so sad too bad attitude. Not how can we make this right so we can earn your business. Their loss
