Christina at AquaBlu was super helpful with the tile order itself, however, the whole delivery situation was a mess! They charged $189 delivery fee, which, first of all, none of our other suppliers charge us for delivery. And this was for curbside delivery only. Apparently, they tried calling my customer WHEN THEY ARRIVED AT THE GATE, not ahead of time. He was out-of-town. They left a voicemail. The NEXT DAY I was contacted by AquaBlu and the delivery company. I was then charged ANOTHER $180 for redelivery! This was our first and probably last order with AquasBlu. I had to go receive the truck myself. And, the truck couldn't even fit into the neighborhood. . . someone from the delivery company should have known about that ahead of any delivery attempts! Then we could have made arrangements ahead of time and been spared double charge for delivery! The manager at AquaBlu would not even help us out to waive the redelivery fee, even though the communication was poor, and this was our first order. Very disappointed.

I paid for postage on AquaBlue then the Post Office charged me another $7. 60 !! for one piece of sample tile.

Iv been working on a large backyard project and had picked several tiles to show to my clients for their large pool that’s being completely remodeled and have had to cancel to meeting due to your tiles not showing up. I was waiting for the last of the samples to arrive yesterday and again for the third time only one sample has arrived. Very disappointed! Rick Jordan

I ordered 3 sample pool tiles all at the same time. They came in two separate boxes. The one tile in box 1 was packed very well, no issues. The remaining two in the second box were cracked in multiple places. Since my idea on the samples was to compare the size 6x24 it was not helpful to have missing parts of the tile I had to piece together

Overall the customer was happy with the finished product, but your quantity calculator is not even close to accurate. I ran out of grout halfway through the project and had to order more which was not in the budget and also delayed the completion of the project. I will probably not use your product again.
